Step by step process for Change of College (COC)or change of BRANCH ( COB)

Procedure/ steps for Change of BRANCH or COLLEGE

1.To fill the application you need to login into 

https://prexam.vtu.ac.in/

Deadline for applying online

-For change of branch (COB)

23 Oct,2020 -29 Oct,2020

-For change of College (COC)

23 Oct,2020 -3rd Nov,2020

Using the above link , login in through student login portal

2. Enter your USN and password and login details

( Contact your respective COLLEGE for login credentials if you don't have)

3.You need to update your profile by adding some details and uploading a recent Photo of yourself

Then from here there will be two OPTIONS Available

- for change of branch (cob ) or 

- change of college (coc) , 

4.Select according to your requirement and fill the details in which branch ( for COB) or college you are interested In ( for COC)

5.Then click on SUBMIT

6.After this the

 final step is payment,

FEES

CHANGE OF COLLEGE-10,000

CHANGE OF BRANCH-5,000

(CONTACT YOUR COLLEGE FOR MORE DETAILS REGARDING FEES)

Complete the payment

(DO refer your college if the COB and COC is valid in your College before)

You need to select the 2nd option

Then fill the necessary details 

And make the payment 

Then finally submit the application 

 Important:Please note the transaction ID and details of it, the website will ask you to re-write the transaction details for confirmation and then Your form is submitted.

Your college will announce the allotment for Change of branch

Deadline for applying online application
